This fun card is for the Hope You Can Cling To - Happy Flower Challenge.  The paper flower is made out of Stampin Up Black Waffle Paper & Some Bandanna Paper Ribbon from the Stash!!

Hope You Can Cling To - Unsentimental

This is my entry for the Hope You Can Cling To - Unsentimental Challenge.  The trick is not to use a sentiment on the card front.  I have not used a lot of Magnolia Stamps, but found this cutie in my image stash and thought she was really fun to color!!

This is another Double Duty Card for: Splitcoaststampers Sketch Challenge #300 and Hope You Can Cling To - Pink Holiday Challenge.  Note:  The stamp looks like the picture below - I paper-pieced in her dress for the Hope You Can Cling to Challenge because the cards are going to a State Run Hospital and they have requested no religious sentiments be used.

Color Issues

In real life the cardstock & the designer paper look almost the same color - in the camera lens, not so much!! The layout is the current card positioning systems #187 sketch and is also for the Hope you can cling to - 4 x 4 challenge (four paper layers & four different embellishments).

The Heart to Heart Card Drive is a work of love created by Carolyn King, to honor the Caregivers who  take care of patients with Alzheimer's Disease.  This card will be on it's way to one Caregiver to remind them that their work and care is noticed and appreciated!!  I would encourage everyone to play along.

What are YOU in for?

This is my entry for the House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge #78.  This was a sketch challenge to help Celebrate their two year Blog Anniversary - and the prize package is INCREDIBLE!! 

This was one of the first Gruffie images I ever got my hands on and it has been sitting in the stash for far too long!!  If you will notice - I even busted out the Cricut for this one.  There is still time...why not play along!!

Beer Gardens at the Fair

This weeks challenge at the Cuttlebug Spot is to create a project with embossing that Celebrates State & County fairs.  Now at first this card may seem a little "unrelated", but in this part of the country Fairs often equal "Beer Gardens". 

I used my argyle embossing folder with Red/Black C'ordinations paper.  After  the paper was embossed I sanded it so the red shows through the black.

Splitcoaststampers has a new member company "Flower Soft".  They are having a challenge this week to use your favorite Flower Soft Colors on a project.  The hedgie's hat is made with Polar White & Vintage Christmas Flower Soft. 

Flower Soft also is this weeks sponsor on Card Positioning Systems.  The layout seems simple enough, but boy did I find it challenging.
