Something to Ponder...............................


One of the Healthy Living Blogs I follow is THE FITNESSISTA.  She is currently featured on Fitness Magazine - The FitStop.  She lists the following as her Fitness Mantra:

“Change creates change.” You can’t keep doing the same thing and expect different results. Anything you can do to switch up your workout routine or eating habits will keep the body from kicking into cruise control. Change something and change will follow.
